Information you give us

When you email us or submit a form on this site, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, organization, email address, phone number, role, the services you are interested in, a requested meeting time and your message.

Contact form submissions and demonstration booking requests are delivered to us through Formspree, a form-processing service. We use this information only to respond to you, schedule briefings or demonstrations, and keep a record of our correspondence.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site, so we can improve it. Google Analytics collects information such as the pages you view, how long you stay, the site that referred you, your approximate location (city or country), your device, browser and operating system, and actions such as requesting a demonstration, clicking an email link or changing the site language.

Google Analytics sets these cookies:

• _ga — distinguishes visitors; expires after 2 years.
• _ga_<property ID> — keeps track of your visit; expires after 2 years.

Visitors in the European Union and European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Quebec are not measured with cookies unless they accept. Elsewhere, measurement is on unless you decline. You can change your choice at any time:

We do not sell personal information and the site shows no advertising. We share information only with the service providers named above (Google for analytics and Formspree for form delivery), and when the law requires it. Retention

We keep correspondence and inquiry details for as long as we need them to respond to you and to maintain our business records. Analytics data is kept for the retention period set in our Google Analytics property.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent to its use, by emailing [email protected]. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings.
